My passion for stocks and predictive modeling has gone to such heights that i have invested evenings and nights during 2009 - 2019 in observing and understanding stock market behaviors and if there are micro and macro signals that can help time market and make money. Nonetheless, i have got partial success in picking systematic signals and building a stock prediction system. What you see below is daily "Winner" and "Loser" predictions with some key technical indicators that help run gut check and plan daily trading.
Understanding Predictions:
"Winners": These stocks are predicted to tick higher by at least 0.5% over prior session's closing price.
"Losers" : These stocks are less likely to achieve even 0.5% growth above prior session's closing price.
Model Accuracy:
The model is trained using several technical indicators and performs at 80% accuracy levels. It means if you followed this system and placed 100 trades on the ticker symbols over a period of time using this model, about 80 of those trades will match prediction flag stated above.
Model Update Frequency:
I update my charts daily around 9:00 PM pacific time as APIs I use to get data are available after 9:00 PM pacific time.
